Suzanne Stone, MA, LCMHC-S I work with older adolescents 16 + and adults.
Life can feel exhausting when you are isolated, facing one stressor after another all while trying to live life as your authentic self. Many times people feel stuck when a major live event happens or when life is not turning out as you imagined. The stressful events may interfere with your day-to-day life at home, work, school, and in your relationships. We will look at all areas of your life and strive to create balance. My job as a therapist is to guide and support you along the way. I will help draw out your own insights, and at times challenge you to confront things you may be avoiding or holding on to that keep you stuck. We will look at the relationships in your life that may not be functioning as well as you want. Establishing boundaries in all areas of your life may feel difficult but can lead to healthier relationships. Making the decision to talk to someone who is not a family member or friend but who is clinically trained to help you is a big step on the path to healing. I look forward to working with you.
