Sheila Davis, MA, NCC, LCMHC As a professional counselor, it is my goal to offer a safe haven to people who are hurting, grieving or struggling in some way. I approach counseling from a cognitive behavioral perspective but tailor each session to fit the needs of each individual client. I have experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, loss/grief, addiction, abuse, relationships, parenting issues and adolescent needs. I offer couples/family counseling, individual therapy, group counseling and support groups.
I have extensive experience with military, law enforcement and first responders. I am very passionate about reaching out to active duty and the family members of our Armed Forces, police and fire departments. I understand the specific issues you face and want to help you overcome those hurdles.
I understand the decision to begin counseling can be a difficult one, so please know that I will treat you with the utmost compassion and respect. Together we will work as a team - you are not alone.
