Jenna Tucker, LCMHCA Welcome! My name is Jenna, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I graduated from Walden University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA).
I bring 10 years of experience working with children in the early childhood education field, where I worked hands on with children as they developed their knowledge, skills, confidence, and experiences. That background gave me a strong understanding of child development and helped shape my passion for supporting children as they grow and learn.
Mental health and emotional well-being are important at every stage of life, but especially during childhood. I am passionate about working with children and young adolescents and consider it a privilege to be a small part of their journey as they learn more about themselves and find their place in the world.
My counseling experience includes working with children and young adolescents in a therapeutic setting. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where children feel safe and comfortable expressing themselves. I use techniques drawn from play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and art therapy to create an individualized, child-centered approach that supports emotional growth, healthy coping skills, and resilience.
Outside of work, I love reading, being outside, and spending time with my favorite people and my dog!
