It’s hard to believe talking and connecting can help us feel better, but I will partner with you to create change! Change can come from within and can be created with another, so let’s get started on your journey. We are going to find your strengths and apply them with practical steps and actions to make the positive changes you want to see. We can explore a range of therapeutic processes to support your wellness including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, and family systems theory all from a strengths perspective. I love working with families, individuals, and couples.
